Booking Deposit
Immediately after the booking has been confirmed with us, we will require a small payment, which secures your booking. This will allow us to begin work on the arrangements that will include permits, the guides, and the lodgings long before the start of the trip.
We will notify you of the exact amount of the deposit before you confirm your booking. This deposit is a small percentage of the total amount for the trip, and hence will be adjusted to your total payment.
Full Payment Before The Trip
Your trip’s remaining balance is settled before your trip. While you can pay the balance upon your arrival in Nepal either via cash or through the provided other payment methods, there is ease in not having to send the entire payment at once. Just like in paying the deposit, you can book your trip through a partial payment instead.
