Itinerary of Ghalegaun Trek
Day 01: Arrival In Kathmandu
Your itinerary for the Ghalegaun Trek starts with your arrival in Kathmandu at the Tribhuvan International Airport. There, you will get one of our staff waiting for you at the arrival section to pick you up from there and transfer you to the Hotel.
After the introduction you will be transferred to the Hotel. You just need to follow the directions.
After Hotel check-in, you can have some refreshment time, and you can roam around the local streets of Kathmandu or the nearby attractions. You can also try and hunt for the local street foods, which you can access easily in various stalls and restaurants. Or you can just have your personal time for more refreshment.

Day 02: Sightseeing of Kathmandu
At the second day of your itinerary, you will get your breakfast and will get ready for the sightseeing tour of Kathmandu Valley. The Kathmandu Valley itself is a popular destination among travel enthusiasts with its historical sites and religiously significant places.
At first you will get the tour to Swayambunath which is located on a small hillock at the side of Kathmandu. It offers the panoramic view of valley as well also holds the important place for pilgrimage for Hindu and Buddhist followers.
The tour will follow the UNISCO listed World Heritage Site of Kathmandu Durbar Square. There you can see the palaces and temples built in ancient times to the recent history of Nepal. The very popular local Basantapur is too, a very vibrant place to roam around.

Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar
Today, after breakfast, a scenic drive awaits you to Besisahar. The drive will follow the Prithivi highway which is too known for the typical taste of road trip of Nepal. The road passes through riverside corridor of Trisuli and Marsyangdi.
You will get a very scenic road trip through the lush hillsides, small towns and farming terrace to get there in Besisahar It is the gateway or the starting point for Ghalegaun Trek. You will get a glimpse of a typical Nepal town of remote places.

Day 04: Trek to Ghalegaun

Day 06: Trek to Baglungpani

Day 07: Trek to Ghanpokhara

Day 09: Trek to Begnaas Lake
Today, You will get your morning breakfast and will continue your journey downhill to the Begnas lake, a very beautiful lake of Begans awaits you with the serene spot.
